Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Oleg Serebrian, talks about Russia’s influence on the separatist region of Transnistria used as a pressure point on the authorities in Chisinau and how Chisinau relates to the new reality in the Transnistrian region. Ion Manole, Director of Promo-LEX, talks about the respect for human rights in the Transnistrian region – from the situation of political prisoners to access to information and alternative sources of information. Ștefan Gligor, president of the Change Party and co-founder of the “Together”Bloc, discusses the conditionalities that Chisinau could have imposed on Tiraspol in the context of the energy crisis, as well as his political bloc's vision in approaching the Transnistrian issue. The analysis and editorial of the edition are signed by the director of the Foreign Policy Association, Natalia Stercul, and the editor-coordinator of the newsletter bulletin, Madalin Necsutu.
