Shadow report no. 1 "Evaluation of the progress of the Republic of Moldova in the implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission in the context of accession to the European Union"

The report evaluates and monitors the dynamics of the reforms carried out by the Chisinau government in the implementation of the recommendations contained in the European Commission (EC) Report of November 2023, in the period July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024, which are contained in the chapters of the "Fundamentals" cluster, namely: Democracy, Public Administration Reform, Justice Reform, Fighting Corruption, Fundamental Rights, Freedom of Expression, Security, Existence of a Functional Market Economy, Public Procurement, Statistics, Financial Control, Social Policies and Employment. The authors of the report provide a score for each subject listed above, a score that indicates the degree of implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission, in the process of accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union.
