Social Justice and Sustainable Development

FES supports partners in the development and implementation of policies for a market economy that is sustainable, socially balanced and able to meet the needs of all citizens. The activities and projects in this field focus on economic and social policies, labour market and working conditions, social protection and security, gender equality, and environmental protection. Social justice is at the heart of the FES activities, which strives to promote social equality and equal opportunities, while taking into account the rapid changes in the economy and society that put the  most vulnerable citizens in complex risk situations.
